Who are we?

We are a team of Caltech, Columbia University, and Boston University alumni who have transformed our non-clinical laboratory into a CLIA & CAP certified clinical laboratory to help address the shortage of SARS-CoV-2 testing in the United States. Tests, Inc. was formed to address the shortage of SARS-CoV-2 testing in the United States. A few months ago, one of our co-founders ended up having to wait 6 days from when his sample had been collected at a County Testing Center to receive his negative SARS-CoV-2 test result. This unnecessary and unacceptable delay inspired our team of Caltech, Columbia University, and Boston University alumni to transform our non-clinical laboratory into a CLIA & CAP certified clinical laboratory that can now reliably deliver high quality COVID-19 test results.
